Generative AI (GenAI) is rapidly transforming how work gets done, and this hands-on session is designed for adult learners who want to move beyond curiosity and begin applying GenAI in practical, meaningful ways. Through guided exercises using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Google Gemini, participants will complete real-world tasks while building confidence through immediate application rather than technical complexity. The session focuses on effective prompting, refining AI-generated content, and integrating GenAI into everyday workflows for writing, research, planning, and communication to enhance productivity and creativity. Built as an immersive learning experience, participants will actively practice, iterate, and develop strategies they can use immediately in both their professional and personal work. A laptop or iPad and access to a preferred GenAI tool are required.
