This course offers a variety of yoga classes for all levels, focusing on strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and relaxation in a supportive environment.
This course, which meets every Monday night, will become the best part of your week. Over the four weeks, you will: Become familiar with basic yoga poses, improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination, and learn to navigate life’s frustrations with a calm mind and body.
The instructor is via zoom but all students meet in person at the CC NIACC Center. Please bring yoga mat and water. Everyone must sign a student waiver.
