Want to improve your english skills? NIACC’s Adult Education & Literacy Program offers English as a Second Language (ESL) classes to those in North Iowa who are looking to expand their english reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. NIACC's ESL classes also teach participants about U.S. culture, government, and the responsibilities and benefits of being a citizen. The ultimate goal of ESL is to help students transition to high school equivalency completion, college education or training, and employment (or better employment).
